Pick My Style ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Pick My Style mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a securely hashed value). We also store your display name if you provide one.
Profile Photos: You may upload front, side, and back body photos to generate a personalized 3D avatar for virtual try-on. These images are stored securely and linked to your account.
Clothing Images: Photos of your clothing items that you upload are stored to build your digital wardrobe and generate outfit try-ons.
Usage Data: We track how often clothing items are worn in generated outfits, your preferred style vibe, and subscription status to improve recommendations.
Device & Location: We may access your device's approximate location to provide weather-based outfit suggestions. Camera access is used only when you explicitly capture photos within the app.
Your uploaded body photos and clothing images are sent to third-party AI image generation services to produce virtual try-on results. These services process the images to render outfits on your avatar. We do not share your identity or account credentials with these providers. Generated images are stored in your account cache to provide faster repeated try-ons and may be deleted at any time by removing the associated items.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual clothing items or your entire account at any time from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, wardrobe, outfits, and subscription records. Some cached data may take up to 30 days to fully purge from backup systems.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data transmission and store passwords using secure hashing. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, a paid subscription at $9.99/month is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Base44 Payments under their respective terms.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.
