Please read these Terms carefully. By using Pick My Style, you agree to be bound by them.
Welcome to Pick My Style ("Pick My Style," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pick My Style. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Pick My Style is a digital wardrobe and virtual styling assistant that allows you to:
• Photograph and digitally catalog your clothing items into a personal virtual closet. • Create a personalized 3D avatar from your photos for virtual try-on experiences. • Receive AI-powered outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe, preferences, and local weather. • Virtually "try on" outfits on your 3D avatar before wearing them. • Plan and save outfits, and share individual clothing items or full looks with others.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial styling and visualization purposes. Some features are available to all users, while advanced features such as unlimited try-ons and the SAM 3D styling agent are reserved for Premium subscribers.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and account. • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms).
You may not transfer or assign your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New users are automatically enrolled in a free 30-day Premium trial upon registration ("Free Trial"). During the Free Trial, you will have access to all Premium features at no cost and without requiring a credit card.
The Free Trial begins on the date your account is created and expires exactly 30 days later. Once the Free Trial expires, you will lose access to Premium features and will be prompted to select a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service.
If you do not select a paid plan before your Free Trial expires, your account will be subject to the inactivity and deletion policy described in Section 10.
After your Free Trial, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription. We offer the following plans:
Basic Plan — $9.99 USD per month • Try on outfits from your own wardrobe • 5 AI try-ons per day • Save and organize your looks • Share items with friends
Premium Plan — $14.99 USD per month • Everything in Basic, plus: • Unlimited AI try-ons • SAM 3D virtual styling agent • Try on clothes from stores and screenshots • Priority access to new features • No advertisements
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We may change our pricing at any time, but any change will not take effect until your current billing cycle ends. We will notify you of any material price changes in advance.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Pick My Style to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews monthly on the same calendar date as your original paid subscription began. • Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the next monthly period, and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee. • Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. • Failed Payments: If a payment is declined, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be suspended until a valid payment method is provided. • Renewal Reminders: We will send you an in-app reminder one day before each scheduled renewal so you are never surprised by a charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until that date. • We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law. • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us through the app's support channel and we will review your case.
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes that grant additional free days or discounted access. Promo codes are subject to the following:
• Promo codes have expiration dates and usage limits as specified at the time of issuance. • A promo code may only be applied to a new or existing subscription and cannot be redeemed for cash. • We reserve the right to revoke or modify promo codes at any time.
Referral Program: You may earn Premium rewards by inviting friends to Pick My Style. A referral reward (such as 30 days of free Premium) is granted to you only after your referred friend completes their first successful paid subscription payment. Referral rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
You retain full ownership of all photos, clothing images, and styling data you upload to Pick My Style ("Your Content").
License to Process: You grant Pick My Style a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including generating your 3D avatar, removing image backgrounds, creating virtual try-on visualizations, and recommending outfits.
Privacy Commitment: • We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Your Content to third parties. • We do NOT share your photos, avatar, wardrobe, or outfit data with other users unless you explicitly generate a share link. • Your wardrobe and outfit history are private to your account. • We use your data only to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
To keep our service efficient and respect your privacy, we automatically remove inactive free-trial accounts as follows:
• If you sign up for a Free Trial and do not convert to a paid plan, your account is considered "inactive" once the trial expires. • Seven (7) days before your account is scheduled for deletion, we will send you an email notification reminding you to log in if you wish to keep your data. • If you do not log in within 90 days after your Free Trial expires, your account and all associated data — including your 3D avatar, wardrobe items, saved outfits, and profile — will be permanently and automatically deleted. • This deletion cannot be undone.
Simply logging in at any point during the 90-day period resets your inactivity status. Paying subscribers are never subject to this automatic deletion policy.
You may also delete your account at any time manually from the Profile page, which immediately and permanently removes all your data.
Pick My Style uses artificial intelligence to generate 3D avatars and virtual try-on visualizations. You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly reflect your appearance or how a garment will fit in real life. • Try-on visualizations are for styling inspiration and planning purposes only and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions regarding fit, fabric, or color accuracy. • We strive to preserve your identity and body proportions faithfully, but AI rendering may introduce minor variations. • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content, including clothing purchases.
The Service, including its design, software, features, and branding ("Pick My Style" and "Wardrome Premium"), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent. Your Content remains your property as described in Section 9.
You agree not to:
• Upload images that you do not own or do not have the right to use. • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. • Attempt to access another user's data or account. • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers. • Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person. • Scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or satisfactory. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pick My Style and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or, if you have not made any payment, shall be limited to zero dollars ($0.00).
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, image background removal tools, and weather data providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pick My Style operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
